READ AN EXCERPT
We have an insane legal and judicial system in this country that needs to be changed, fundamentally and immediately, beginning with acknowledgement of the problems inherent with lawyers themselves. Until wholesale change happens, however, this book will give you some practical solutions—hacks—for dealing with the current legal system.
Despite 20+ brutal years as a trial lawyer, I still have a shred of optimism left. I think it is possible for lawyers and the legal profession to change for the better, if only they had a better understanding of how they became reviled in the first place and their clients had a better understanding of how to deal with them.
